Duties Assist in supervising housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces Coordinate daily cleaning schedules, assign tasks, and monitor team performance to meet operational standards Oversee sanitation procedures, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and health standards across all cleaning activities Support staff training on cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and customer service expectations to promote a professional and motivated team Conduct regular inspections to verify cleanliness, safety compliance, and proper use of cleaning equipment and supplies Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, laundry services, and custodial materials to ensure uninterrupted operations Address guest requests or concerns promptly with a focus on delivering exceptional service and maintaining guest satisfaction Experience Proven experience in custodial or janitorial roles within hospitality or commercial settings with a focus on cleaning and sanitation management Supervisory experience overseeing cleaning teams or staff management in industrial or hotel environments Strong knowledge of sanitation procedures, safety regulations, and industrial cleaning techniques Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and communicate effectively with staff at all levels Familiarity with laundry operations, hospitality standards, and housekeeper management practices is highly desirable Excellent customer service skills with a proactive attitude toward resolving issues efficiently Prior experience in managing commercial cleaning projects or janitorial services will be considered an asset Join us to lead a dedicated team committed to maintaining pristine environments that delight our guests!
