Job Description

We are a reputable cleaning company seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cleaning Company Supervisor to join our team. As a Cleaning Company Supervisor, For Residential, New Construction and commercial cleaning you will be responsible for supervising and managing our cleaning staff to ensure that our clients' premises are always clean and well-maintained.

Responsibilities:

Train and supervise cleaning staff to ensure they meet the company's standards for cleaning and customer service. Schedule and assign cleaning tasks to staff based on client needs and company requirements. Monitor the quality of cleaning services provided by the staff and ensure that client expectations are met or exceeded. Communicate effectively with clients to identify and address any concerns or special requests. Develop and maintain cleaning schedules and checklists for staff to follow. Conduct regular inspections of the premises to ensure that cleaning standards are being met and make necessary adjustments. Order and maintain supplies and equipment needed for cleaning services. Ensure that all safety protocols and procedures are followed by staff.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in the cleaning industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Know differ type of software's and willing to learn them Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards. Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and equipment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Availability to work flexible hours as needed, including evenings and weekends.
