Role:

36T Services is seeking a reliable and motivated Cleaning Supervisor to oversee daily operations on office buildings. Supervisor will have the opportunity to manage a professional cleaning crew on a fast-paced site during evening shifts only.

Responsibilities:

Supervise a team of cleaners Ensure safety compliance and verify all team members follow site rules and PPE requirements Manage the schedule, delegate tasks, and complete daily progress tracking Conduct walkthroughs and prepare for list inspections Handle supply and equipment checklists, restocking, and site readiness Communicate with management regularly to report issues, needs, or delays

Qualifications:

2+ year of experience supervising janitorial or construction cleaning crews (preferred) Able to read basic site instructions and follow timelines Comfortable working around heavy equipment and warehouse conditions Strong communication and people management skills Must be dependable, punctual, and organized OSHA 10 or willingness to complete training (a plus) Must pass worker verification prior to project start MEWP Training or willingness to complete training (a plus)
