Full-time Position Overview The Executive Housekeeper oversees the meticulous cleaning, organization, and preservation of the estate's interior and museum-quality finishes. This role demands an elite standard of service, absolute discretion, and a specialized understanding of caring for high-end materials within a private luxury residence. The position reports directly to the Estate Manager. Primary Responsibilities Deep Cleaning & Estate Care

Museum-Grade Maintenance:
Execute specialized care for premium surfaces including marble, fine woods, crystal, and brass fixtures.

Preservation:
Utilize appropriate cleaning techniques and specialized products to protect and maintain the long-term integrity of estate assets.

Detailed Deep Cleaning:
Perform rotational deep cleaning tasks including baseboards, crown molding, light fixtures, and behind heavy furniture. Kitchen Cleaning & Sanitizatio n

Daily Kitchen Upkeep:
Clean, sanitize, and polish all countertops, backsplashes, sinks, and high-end cooking surfaces throughout the day.

Appliance Maintenance:
Maintain the interior and exterior cleanliness of premium kitchen appliances, including sub-zero refrigerators, ovens, and espresso machines.

Fine Ware Care:
Wash and carefully store luxury crystal, china, and silverware according to strict handling protocols. Waste Management & Daily Operations

Garbage & Recycling:
Empty all interior trash, compost, and recycling bins multiple times daily, ensuring absolute cleanliness of the receptacles and proper disposal in exterior bins.

Litter Prevention:
Regularly inspect the estate's immediate entryways and patios for stray debris or items needing immediate clearing. Inventory & Organization

Inventory Control:
Monitor, track, and restock household pantry items, premium toiletries, and specialized cleaning chemicals.
•
Storage Optimization:
Maintain pristine order inside walk-in closets, kitchen pantries, and storage facilities. Hospitality Services

Turndown Service:

Humidity Control:
Implement strict mold and mildew prevention protocols optimized for Florida's high-humidity climate.

Core Schedule:
Expect a standard 5-day work week, which may regularly include weekends based on the family's residency and hosting calendar.

Shift Flexibility:
Ability to work split shifts or adjusted hours to accommodate morning preparations and evening hospitality/turndown services.

Seasonal Adaptability:
Flexibility to adjust hours during high-occupancy periods, holidays, or when the family is hosting special events.

On-Call Availability:
Willingness to remain reachable for occasional urgent household or operational needs outside of standard hours. Key Qualifications

Experience:
Proven track record as an Executive Housekeeper in an UHNW estate, luxury boutique hotel, or high-end private residence.

Collaboration:
Ability to work seamlessly under the direction of an Estate Manager.

Discretion:
High level of confidentiality and professionalism appropriate for a private family setting.
•
Knowledge:
Expert understanding of fine surfaces, delicate materials, and climate-specific property preservation.
Compensation Salary:
$75,000-$95,000 annually Benefits
