$19 per hour, based on experienceSchedule:
Full-time; must be available on weekends and holidays Position Summary We are seeking an experienced, dependable, and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily housekeeping operations. This position is responsible for ensuring that guest rooms and public areas consistently meet Hilton's cleanliness, presentation, and guest-service standards. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of room attendants, housepersons, and laundry employees. Assign guestrooms and daily responsibilities to housekeeping team members. Inspect guestrooms, public areas, hallways, storage areas, and back-of-house spaces. Ensure compliance with Hilton brand standards and hotel procedures. Train, coach, and support housekeeping employees. Monitor room status and communicate updates with the Front Desk and Maintenance departments. Report and follow up on maintenance issues, damages, lost-and-found items, and safety concerns. Monitor housekeeping supplies, linens, amenities, and equipment. Help manage productivity, attendance, and departmental labor costs. Assist with cleaning guestrooms and public areas when operationally necessary. Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and concerns. Enforce safety, sanitation, security, and proper chemical-handling procedures. Perform additional duties assigned by hotel management. Qualifications Previous hotel housekeeping experience required. Prior supervisory or team-lead experience strongly preferred. Knowledge of hotel cleanliness and room-inspection standards. Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical housekeeping duties throughout the shift. Must be dependable and available to work mornings, weekends, and holidays. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferredJob Type:
