Job Description
Executive Housekeeper Country Inn & Suites - Tampa, FL We are seeking an experienced, dependable, and detail-oriented Executive Housekeeper to join our hotel leadership team. The Executive Housekeeper will be responsible for overseeing all housekeeping operations and ensuring that our guest rooms and public areas meet high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction. Position Requirements Minimum of one (1) year of experience as an Executive Housekeeper in a hotel environment is required. Must be bilingual (English and Spanish) . Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays . Strong leadership and team management skills. Experience training, supervising, and motivating housekeeping staff. Ability to create schedules and manage daily staffing needs. Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and quality standards. Ability to inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure hotel standards are consistently met. Experience managing housekeeping supplies, linens, and inventory. Ability to communicate effectively with management, maintenance, front desk, and other hotel departments. Must be reliable, professional, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience using Choice

is a strong plus. Experience with hotel room status management and coordinating room availability with the Front Desk is preferred. Responsibilities Lead and supervise the housekeeping department and daily housekeeping operations. Train, coach, and evaluate housekeeping team members. Assign daily duties and ensure guest rooms and public areas are cleaned and inspected according to hotel standards. Conduct regular room and public area inspections. Work closely with the Front Desk and Maintenance departments to ensure guest rooms are ready and properly maintained. Monitor housekeeping inventory and supplies. Address housekeeping concerns and assist in resolving guest issues when necessary. Ensure employees follow hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards. Maintain a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment.
