Responsibilities Lead, supervise, and motivate housekeeping staff to achieve operational excellence in cleaning and sanitation standards. Oversee industrial cleaning tasks, including heavy-duty sanitation projects and specialized custodial services for large facilities. Manage team supervision activities such as training new staff, conducting performance evaluations, and fostering professional development. Ensure compliance with safety regulations related to chemical handling, equipment use, and workplace safety protocols. Coordinate laundry operations for linens, uniforms, or other textiles as required within hospitality or institutional environments. Maintain detailed records of cleaning activities, inventory supplies, safety inspections, and staff schedules to ensure smooth operations. Qualifications Proven experience in cleaning management, custodial services, or housekeeping supervision within commercial or hospitality settings. Strong leadership skills with demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively through clear communication and motivation. Extensive knowledge of sanitation standards, industrial cleaning techniques, and safety regulations applicable to large-scale cleaning operations. Experience in managing janitorial services, laundry processes, and sanitation management systems. Excellent managerial communication skills to coordinate with staff, vendors, and other departments seamlessly. Ability to oversee multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and customer service.
