This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee team supervision, manage custodial services, and uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer service. As a key leader in our hospitality or facility management team, you will drive excellence in housekeeping management while fostering a positive, efficient work environment. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning activities across all areas, including guest rooms, public spaces, and operational zones. Lead and motivate housekeeping staff, providing training on cleaning procedures, safety regulations, sanitation standards, and customer service excellence. Oversee industrial cleaning tasks involving specialized equipment and techniques to maintain high hygiene standards. Manage custodial operations related to laundry services, waste disposal, and sanitation protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations. Enforce safety regulations and cleaning & sanitation management policies to create a secure environment for staff and guests. Conduct regular inspections to monitor cleanliness levels, identify areas for improvement, and ensure adherence to management standards. Collaborate with management teams to develop cleaning schedules, allocate resources efficiently, and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications Proven experience in custodial work or hospitality housekeeping roles with a strong background in commercial cleaning. Demonstrated supervisory experience with team management skills in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of sanitation practices, safety regulations, and industrial cleaning techniques. Excellent managerial communication skills to effectively lead teams and liaise with other departments. Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate staff and foster a culture of excellence. Experience in laundry operations and janitorial services is highly desirable. Prior experience managing housekeeping or custodial teams within hospitality or large facilities is preferred.
