Job Overview Peachy Clean of Mid GA is hiring a hands-on Cleaning Manager to lead our team and help us deliver dependable, detailed cleaning to residential and commercial clients. This role is a good fit for someone who enjoys coaching people, notices the details others miss, and can keep a busy day organized when plans change. Our Cleaning Manager will work in the field with the team, oversee daily jobs, inspect completed work, train employees, and communicate with the owner about staffing and quality. You should be comfortable demonstrating the standard yourself and stepping in to clean when a job needs extra help. What you'll do Review the daily schedule, job instructions, and staffing needs. Assign work and help teams stay on pace without sacrificing quality. Train new employees on cleaning methods, checklists, equipment, and client expectations. Perform quality checks and make sure missed items are corrected before a team leaves. Coach employees promptly and respectfully when performance needs to improve. Help resolve day-to-day issues involving supplies, equipment, scheduling, and job sites. Communicate updates, concerns, and client feedback to the owner. Follow safety procedures and help the team use cleaning products and equipment properly. Clean residential homes and commercial spaces alongside the team as needed. What we're looking for Experience in professional cleaning, housekeeping, or a similar service role. Experience leading, training, or supervising employees. Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot and correct quality issues. Good time management and the ability to adjust when schedules change. Clear, professional communication with employees and clients. Reliability, sound judgment, and a willingness to take responsibility for results. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to perform the physical duties of cleaning, including standing, bending, and carrying supplies. Experience managing cleaning teams is preferred. We will also consider a strong cleaning professional who has demonstrated leadership and is ready for the next step.

Pay:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 40.0 per week
