As a Housekeeping Supervisor, your responsibilities include: Assigning Guest Rooms and Common Areas to Housekeeping Staff. Inspecting Rooms and Common Areas for cleanliness. Training, coaching, and holding staff accountable. Creating and monitoring staff schedules. Acting as a liaison between Staff Pro and Hotel Management. Observing and reporting damage to hotel property. Following all company safety and security procedures. Reporting any maintenance issues or safety hazards. Supporting room cleaning as needed.
