Atlanta Marriott Peachtree Corners is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Executive Housekeeper to lead all housekeeping operations and uphold Marriott's high standards of cleanliness, service, and guest satisfaction. This leader is responsible for overseeing guest rooms, public areas, and laundry operations while developing and inspiring a high-performing team. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, service-driven leader with strong organizational skills, a passion for excellence, and the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced hospitality environment. As the hotel continues property enhancements—with a full renovation expected to be completed in late summer, including updated guest rooms, M Club Lounge, lobby, and meeting space—this role will play a key part in operational readiness and ensuring a seamless transition into newly refreshed spaces. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the Housekeeping Department, including guest rooms, public areas, and laundry services Lead, train, coach, and develop team members to ensure alignment with Marriott brand standards and service expectations Conduct routine inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and quality standards are consistently met Develop and manage schedules, staffing levels, and labor productivity based on business needs Monitor inventory, control expenses, and manage departmental budgets effectively Partner with Front Office, Engineering, and other departments to ensure efficient room readiness and timely resolution of maintenance issues Support renovation efforts and ensure readiness, cleanliness, and presentation of all newly updated spaces Ensure compliance with brand standards and all local, state, and federal health and safety regulations Foster a positive, accountable, and team-oriented work environment focused on continuous improvement Why Join Us As part of our team, you'll enjoy: Competitive salary Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401(k) benefits Career growth and advancement opportunities within StepStone Hospitality A dynamic environment with opportunities to engage with diverse guests and teams Free parking and complimentary meals Hotel discounts Daily Pay option - get paid when you need it
Requirements:
Previous housekeeping leadership experience in a hotel environment required Proven ability to lead teams, manage performance, and drive operational excellence Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, cleaning standards, and safety protocols Experience supporting renovations, repositioning, or hotel transitions preferred Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications preferred CPR and First Aid certification preferred Multilingual abilities are a plus EOE - All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.
