Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Housekeeping Inspector to help lead our housekeeping team in delivering exceptional cleanliness and guest satisfaction. In this vital role, you will assist head housekeeper in overseeing daily operations, manage staff, and ensure that all areas meet the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and presentation. Perform inspections, housekeeping, houseman, training and/or laundry duties as needed for operational needs. Your leadership will inspire a team committed to maintaining a welcoming and spotless environment, supporting our mission to provide outstanding hospitality experiences. Responsibilities Assist head housekeeper in supervising and coordinating daily housekeeping activities across all designated areas, including guest rooms, public spaces, laundry, and back-of-house facilities. Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping staff to ensure adherence to cleaning standards, safety protocols, and customer service expectations. Conduct inspections of rooms and common areas to verify cleanliness, safety compliance, and overall presentation. Enforce health and safety regulations related to janitorial and custodial work to protect staff and guests alike. Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring their satisfaction with cleanliness standards. Experience Proven supervising or management experience in housekeeping or custodial services within a hospitality or hotel environment. Extensive hotel experience with a strong understanding of laundry and cleaning techniques in a hospitality environment. Familiarity with laundry operations and commercial cleaning equipment. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative work environment. Pay:
From $14.00 per hour Expected hours: 36.0 per week
