Key Responsibilities:
Communicating with housekeeping staff on rooms to be cleaned and special requests Inspecting Guestrooms and public areas Communicate with appropriate departments on statuses Follow up on guest complaints/requests Assist in training, coaching and development of team members.
Job Qualifications:
