Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Laundry and Inspector/Houseperson to join our team at Quam Properties. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our rental properties are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our guests.
Responsibilities:
- To be able to fold Laundry while maintaining high standards of our linens.
- Inspect rental properties to ensure that they are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards and carry linens to properties.
- Coordinate with housekeeping staff to ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner
- Ensure that all guest requests and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally
- Perform basic maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs and replacing air filters
- Maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and ensure that they are properly stored and maintained
- Ensure that all rental properties are properly secured and locked when not in use
- Communicate regularly with the management team to ensure that all rental properties are operating smoothly and efficiently
- Ensure that all health and safety standards are met and maintained at all times
Requirements:
- Previous experience in housekeeping or maintenance
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of health and safety standards
