Job Description

The Parrish Collection is looking for an experienced and dynamic professional manager to run the day-to-day operations of our Housekeeping Division. Our Housekeeping Operations Manager will direct and control all housekeeping operations and the staff of the housekeeping department. This person will manage the housekeeping operations on both our North and South shore properties.
Responsibilities include:
supervising housekeepers and ensuring housekeepers and housemen are adhering to cleaning standards and procedures of the company; hiring and training of new team members; stocktaking and ordering cleaning supplies, linen, and room supplies; collaborating with other departments to coordinate cleaning schedules and special projects; and performing the duties of a housekeeper when required. Experience in a supervisory role overseeing housekeeping staff or a similar role is preferred. Excellent communication skills, ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment are also requirements, as is the ability to establish positive and productive working relationships with multiple parties. Proficiency in using computer software for scheduling, inventory management, and maintaining records is necessary. Salary is based on experience and total compensation includes an incentive bonus program, as well as mileage and cell phone reimbursement. Work schedule will include weekends and some holidays.
