The ideal candidate will ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities, providing a welcoming environment for guests. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hospitality. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operations. Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures for all areas of the facility. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards. Train new staff on cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and customer service expectations. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained. Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly to enhance their experience. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery. Maintain records of housekeeping activities, including staff performance and supply usage. Weekends & Holiday's are required. Experience Proven experience in housekeeping management or a similar role within the hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care, and janitorial practices. Previous hotel experience is preferred but not mandatory; custodial or industrial cleaning experience will also be considered. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team development and motivation. Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
