Ketchum, Idaho Salary :

$85K - $100K no bonus

with match, Company paid life insurance. As part of the opening leadership team, the Housekeeping Manager will play a critical role in establishing departmental standards, operational procedures, training programs, and service culture for the resort.

Qualifications:

2+ years of luxury hotel housekeeping leadership experience Passion for training Eager to be a part of an opening team

Responsibilities:

Build, train, and develop the Housekeeping team Implement luxury-level SOPs, cleanliness standards, and operational processes aligned with the Viceroy brand experience. Supervise, coach, counsel, and develop Housekeeping team members

Pay:

$85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
