We're seeking an experienced Housekeeping Manager to help build the department from the ground up, establish luxury service standards, and lead a high-performing housekeeping team.

What You'll Do:

Recruit, train, and develop the Housekeeping team. Establish and implement luxury housekeeping SOPs and cleanliness standards. Supervise, coach, and mentor team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Ensure guest rooms and public areas consistently meet the highest quality standards. Support departmental operations and foster a positive, service-driven team culture.

What We're Looking For:

2+ years of housekeeping leadership experience in a luxury hotel. Strong passion for training, coaching, and developing teams. Excited to be part of a hotel opening and help shape department operations. Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
