This is a critical leadership position where you'll oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department. You're responsible for ensuring all areas are cleaned to the highest standards , leading and motivating your team, and collaborating with the General Manager and other departments to ensure our guests have a memorable stay, embodying our value to "Bring the Energy." Your Leadership & Operational Duties As the Housekeeping Supervisor, you are the key manager for quality control, staff performance, and resource management within the department.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Supervision & Quality Control:
Supervise and manage the daily operations of the housekeeping department. Use your attention to detail to ensure that all rooms and public areas are cleaned to the highest standards .
Team Leadership & Training:
Lead and motivate a team of housekeeping staff , ensuring they are trained and equipped to deliver exceptional service to our guests. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills are vital here.
Inventory & Organization:
Use your organizational skills to maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment , and order supplies as needed .
Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all guest needs are met promptly and seamlessly, contributing to an enjoyable stay.
Flexibility:
Demonstrate flexibility by working flexible hours, including weekends and holidays , to ensure the department is always operating smoothly. Qualifications & Essential Skills This role requires proven supervisory experience, strong leadership, and operational awareness.
Minimum Qualifications Experience:
2+ years of experience in housekeeping or a related field.
Supervisory Experience:
1+ years of supervisory experience .
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills .
Availability:
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays .
Preferred Qualifications Education:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
Technical:
Experience with hotel property management systems .
Language:
