Job Overview We are seeking a friendly, professional, and reliable Executive Housekeeper to join our team. The Executive Housekeeper is responsible for the daily operation of Housekeeping and Laundry. This position requires a strong commitment to high standards of customer service, managing a team, as well as the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities Contribute to the profitability of the hotel by working within budget and controlling costs, expenses, and labor. Conduct thorough daily inspections of guest rooms and public spaces to ensure brand standards are consistently met. Provide supervision and direction for all Housekeeping activities of the hotel to ensure the highest level of cleanliness and guest satisfaction is maintained. Schedule Room Attendants, Laundry Attendants, and Housepersons. Maintain linen and supplies par levels. Ensure that policies and procedures are adhered to in order to maintain team member and guest safety. Conduct employee trainings and performance reviews. Investigate complaints, evaluate corrective actions, and implement plans to resolve and de-escalate conflicts. Communicate effectively to provide clear direction in assigning and instructing details of work. Maintain high morale, excellent work environment, and sense of professionalism. Comply with hotel policies, procedures, and standards of operation. Assist with special projects or events as needed. Participate in training to enhance skills and knowledge. Requirements Previous experience in hotel environments is required. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence. Great communication skills and a friendly demeanor. Weekends and some holidays required. Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods. Minimum of 2 years of Supervisory/Management experience.
