Your Responsibilities:
Supervise Housekeeping Team- Lead, train, and motivate the housekeeping staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness and sanitation. Manage Housekeeping Operations
- Oversee daily cleaning schedules, inventory control, and ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked. Ensure Compliance
- Adhere to safety, sanitation, and infection control policies and regulations. Develop Cleaning Procedures
- Implement and maintain effective cleaning protocols, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment for residents. Inspect & Monitor Cleaning Standards
- Conduct regular inspections of resident rooms, common areas, and workspaces to ensure cleanliness standards are consistently met. Coordinate with Other Departments
- Collaborate with other teams, including nursing and administration, to maintain a high-quality living environment for residents. Provide Reports
- Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities, inventory, and staff performance.
Qualifications:
Previous Experience in Housekeeping or Environmental Services Management (Preferred). Strong Leadership & Organizational Skills . Knowledge of Cleaning & Sanitation Procedures . Excellent Communication & Teamwork Abilities . Ability to Manage Multiple Tasks and Prioritize . Compassionate, Resident-Focused Approach . Ability to Lift and Carry Supplies as Needed .
