Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, corridors, laundry areas, and public spaces to uphold cleanliness and safety protocols. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment, ensuring efficient usage and timely replenishment. Enforce safety regulations and proper handling of cleaning chemicals to maintain a safe working environment for all staff. Collaborate with other hotel departments to coordinate cleaning schedules and address guest requests promptly. Lead by example in delivering excellent customer service, resolving guest concerns professionally and efficiently. Experience Proven supervisory experience in housekeeping or custodial management within the hospitality industry. Strong background in cleaning techniques, including industrial and commercial cleaning practices. Experience with laundry operations and janitorial services is highly desirable. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of safety regulations related to chemical handling, equipment operation, and workplace safety standards. Previous hotel or hospitality experience is preferred but not mandatory; a passion for service excellence is essential.
