MIRI CLEANING INC.

is seeking an experienced and motivated Cleaning Operations & Business Development Manager to oversee daily operations and actively contribute to the growth of our commercial, residential, and janitorial cleaning services. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in the professional cleaning industry and previous experience supervising or managing cleaning teams. We are looking for someone who can successfully manage cleaning operations while also helping the company generate new business, develop client relationships, and secure new cleaning accounts. Responsibilities Manage and oversee daily commercial, residential, and janitorial cleaning operations. Supervise, schedule, train, and support cleaning employees. Conduct job-site inspections and ensure company quality standards are consistently met. Ensure employees follow proper cleaning procedures and workplace safety requirements. Manage cleaning supplies, chemicals, equipment, and inventory. Communicate professionally with existing clients and resolve service concerns. Visit prospective client locations and assess their cleaning needs. Prepare estimates, proposals, pricing, and bids for cleaning services. Actively identify and pursue new commercial cleaning contracts, accounts, and business opportunities. Follow up with prospective clients and help convert opportunities into new accounts. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Assist with onboarding new accounts and coordinating employees for new contracts. Help develop strategies to grow the company's commercial and residential client base. Improve operational efficiency and support the continued growth of

Qualifications Previous experience in the commercial cleaning or janitorial industry is required. Previous supervisory or management experience in the cleaning industry is required. Strong knowledge of professional cleaning procedures, chemicals, supplies, and equipment. Experience with estimating, bidding, sales, account acquisition, or business development in the cleaning industry is strongly preferred. Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple employees, clients, and job sites. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. Ability to travel to client locations throughout the Rockford area.
