Duties Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities, including cleaning, laundry, and sanitation tasks across all areas of the facility Lead, motivate, and manage housekeeping staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness and efficiency Ensure compliance with safety regulations, sanitation protocols, and industry best practices for commercial cleaning and custodial services Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas to uphold quality standards Train new team members on cleaning procedures, safety guidelines, and customer service expectations Manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper maintenance and usage Address guest requests or concerns promptly to enhance overall satisfaction and uphold service excellence Requirements Proven experience in custodial work, commercial cleaning, or hospitality housekeeping management Demonstrated supervisory or team management experience within a cleaning or janitorial environment Strong knowledge of sanitation practices, safety regulations, and cleaning & sanitation management techniques Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide staff effectively Exceptional communication skills suitable for managerial interactions and customer service situations Ability to oversee industrial cleaning processes and manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting Prior experience with laundry operations or hospitality-related custodial duties is preferred Join us as a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead a dedicated team committed to cleanliness excellence!
