As the Environmental Services Manager, you will supervise all work activities of your department's personnel to ensure clean, orderly, and attractive conditions in the facility. + Making inspections of all assigned areas to make certain the highest standards of Quality Assurance Control are being met. + Training of new and existing employees on new equipment, products and cleaning methods. + Scheduling Environmental Services personnel. + Participating in interviewing perspective candidates and making hiring decisions; focusing on maintaining a positive culture.

Minimum Requirements:

+ High School Degree or GED equivalent. + Two (2) years of work experience or equivalent required. Preferred qualifications that will make you successful: + Five (5) years of experience preferred. + Experience in a health care or hospital environment is strongly preferred.
