Your responsibilities will include:

Supervising and leading a team of housekeeping staff Developing and implementing cleaning schedules Conducting regular inspections to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards Training new staff members on cleaning procedures and safety protocols Ordering and maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies Addressing any issues or concerns raised by residents or staff members

Requirements:

Previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial services Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and a commitment to quality Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed Experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting preferred
