Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Executive Housekeeper to lead and manage our housekeeping operations. In this vital role, you will oversee the cleanliness, maintenance, and overall presentation of our property, ensuring a welcoming and pristine environment for guests and staff alike. Your leadership will drive high standards of service, foster a positive team culture, and uphold the highest levels of hygiene and safety. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities, including cleaning, laundry, and custodial tasks, to ensure consistent quality standards. Lead, motivate, and develop housekeeping staff through effective training and performance management. Implement cleaning protocols aligned with health and safety regulations, ensuring all areas meet or exceed cleanliness standards. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment; place orders as needed to maintain operational efficiency. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public spaces, back-of-house areas, and facilities to uphold cleanliness and maintenance standards. Develop schedules for housekeeping staff that optimize coverage while maintaining flexibility for special requests or events. Collaborate with other departments to coordinate special projects, deep cleans, or renovations that require housekeeping support. Skills Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial roles within hospitality or commercial environments. Strong supervising experience with a focus on team leadership and staff development. Excellent management skills to oversee operations efficiently while maintaining high-quality service standards. Knowledge of hotel housekeeping procedures, laundry operations, and hospitality industry best practices. Ability to lead by example with a hands-on approach to cleaning and maintenance tasks when necessary. Familiarity with commercial cleaning equipment and supplies; experience in hotel or hospitality management is highly desirable.
