Hampton Inn & Suites is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Executive Housekeeper to oversee daily housekeeping operations, maintain brand standards, and support a positive, productive team environment. Key Responsibilities Schedule housekeeping staff, assign rooms, and monitor daily productivity. Ensure rooms and public areas meet brand cleanliness, safety, and appearance standards. Maintain housekeeping supplies, amenities, chemicals, safety data sheets, labels, and inventory. Coordinate work orders for Maintenance. Enter room status information accurately and promptly each day. Review applications, conduct interviews, and maintain required hiring and termination documentation. Train team members on chemical handling, cleaning techniques, safe work practices, uniform standards, and guest service. Lead daily housekeeping meetings and communicate priorities, concerns, and recognition. Report safety hazards, property damage, suspicious activity, and policy concerns to the General Manager. What We're Looking For Strong leadership, organization, communication, and attention to detail. A guest-focused, respectful, and positive approach to working with team members and guests. Ability to follow company policies, brand requirements, and current public-health and infectious-disease guidance. Commitment to safe practices, including proper footwear, uniform, name tag, chemical use, and hazard awareness. Schedule Availability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays is required.
