Job Summary:

We are seeking a dependable and hands-on Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning operations at our hotel. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and a willingness to actively assist the team. The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for ensuring all guest rooms, public areas, and laundry operations meet the highest cleanliness standards before the end of each shift.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate all housekeeping staff and daily assignments Step in as needed to clean guest rooms, assist with laundry, and maintain public areas Inspect all vacant rooms daily to ensure they are clean, stocked, and guest-ready Conduct routine inspections of occupied rooms and common areas Ensure the entire property is clean, organized, and presentable prior to leaving each shift Train, coach, and support housekeeping team members Monitor and maintain inventory of linens, supplies, and cleaning products Ensure compliance with hotel standards, safety procedures, and sanitation guidelines Address guest requests or concerns promptly and professionally

Qualifications:

Previous hotel housekeeping experience required Supervisory or leadership experience preferred Strong attention to detail and high cleanliness standards Ability to lead by example and perform physical cleaning tasks Good communication and organizational skills Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
