AWS/CES is looking for a Housekeeping Manager Roanoke, IN Temp-to-Hire $32.69 per hour 1st Shift | 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM Weekend availability required as needed Our client is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Manager to oversee all janitorial operations at a large manufacturing facility in Roanoke, IN . This leadership role is responsible for managing supervisors and housekeeping staff while ensuring high standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer satisfaction. If you have strong leadership skills, experience managing housekeeping or janitorial teams, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you! Responsibilities Supervise and lead housekeeping supervisors and janitorial staff. Plan, coordinate, and track housekeeping projects from start to completion. Communicate project timelines, progress, and completion status to customers and site leadership. Ensure Help Desk requests are completed within established KPI response times. Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for all service requests. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and resolve operational challenges. Direct daily operations to meet safety, quality, productivity, and housekeeping goals. Monitor and report key performance metrics through the BPD process. Ensure SMART goals and corrective action plans are implemented and maintained. Promote a safe work environment by ensuring all incidents are reported accurately and on time. Consistently enforce company policies, attendance expectations, and disciplinary procedures. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, leadership, and employees. Qualifications Previous leadership or management experience in housekeeping, janitorial, or facility services. Experience supervising teams in an industrial or manufacturing environment preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Experience with KPI tracking and performance reporting is a plus.
