The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and housekeeping management, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating a welcoming environment. This role is essential in ensuring that all areas of our facility are clean, organized, and well-maintained. Duties Oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards. Manage and train housekeeping staff, providing guidance on best practices in cleaning and maintenance. Develop and implement cleaning schedules that meet the needs of the facility while maximizing staff productivity. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure cleanliness and adherence to company standards. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary to ensure adequate stock levels. Address guest inquiries or complaints regarding cleanliness promptly and professionally. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and enhance overall guest experience. Stay updated on industry trends related to floor care, custodial practices, and industrial cleaning techniques. Experience Proven experience in housekeeping management within a hotel or hospitality setting is required. Strong knowledge of custodial practices, including floor care techniques and industrial cleaning methods. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively. Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with staff and guests.
