Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our cleaning and custodial teams in delivering exceptional cleanliness and comfort across our hospitality facilities. In this dynamic role, you will oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensure high standards of cleanliness, and motivate your team to maintain a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. Your leadership will be vital in coordinating cleaning schedules, managing supplies, and upholding safety protocols to create an impeccable guest experience. Duties Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities, including cleaning, laundry, and janitorial tasks Lead, motivate, and train housekeeping staff to meet quality standards and improve performance Develop and implement cleaning schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks across all areas Conduct inspections of guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas to maintain cleanliness and safety standards Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment, ensuring optimal stock levels Enforce health and safety regulations to promote a secure working environment for all team members Collaborate with other departments to address guest requests promptly and resolve any cleanliness issues efficiently Requirements Proven supervising or management experience in housekeeping or custodial services within a hospitality setting Strong background in cleaning, janitorial work, laundry operations, or commercial cleaning environments Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team Knowledge of hotel or hospitality industry standards for cleanliness and guest service excellence Experience with housekeeper management systems or related software is a plus Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding duties as needed Join us in creating a spotless environment where guests feel welcomed and valued!
