Duties Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities, including cleaning, laundry, and sanitation efforts across all areas Lead, train, and motivate housekeeping staff to ensure high-quality service delivery aligned with company standards Implement and monitor cleaning schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks while maintaining safety and sanitation regulations Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure cleanliness, safety compliance, and adherence to hygiene protocols Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment maintenance, and procurement to optimize operational efficiency Enforce safety procedures related to industrial cleaning, custodial work, and chemical handling to protect staff and guests Collaborate with other departments to address special cleaning requests or event preparations in a professional manner Experience Proven supervisory experience in housekeeping management within hospitality or commercial settings Extensive custodial experience with a strong understanding of cleaning techniques including industrial and commercial cleaning methods Demonstrated leadership skills in team supervision and management of janitorial staff or housekeeping teams Knowledge of sanitation standards, safety regulations, and best practices for maintaining hygienic environments Experience managing cleaning & sanitation operations in fast-paced environments such as hotels or large facilities Strong communication skills for managerial coordination, staff training, and customer service interactions Background in laundry operations or hospitality services is highly desirable Join us as an Executive Housekeeper to lead a dedicated team committed to excellence!
