Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as an Executive Housekeeper, where your leadership and expertise will elevate the cleanliness, safety, and overall guest experience of our property. In this vital role, you will oversee all housekeeping operations, ensuring that standards of sanitation, organization, and customer service are consistently met. Your proactive management will foster a motivated team dedicated to maintaining a pristine environment that exceeds guest expectations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead a professional team in a fast-paced, hospitality-focused setting. Duties Lead and supervise the housekeeping staff to ensure efficient daily operations and high-quality cleaning standards across all areas of the property. Develop and implement cleaning schedules, protocols, and sanitation procedures aligned with industry best practices and safety regulations. Oversee industrial and commercial cleaning tasks, including deep cleans, laundry services, and specialized sanitation processes to maintain hygiene excellence. Manage custodial supplies inventory, ensuring proper stock levels while controlling costs through effective procurement practices. Enforce safety regulations and sanitation standards to create a safe environment for staff and guests alike. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public spaces, laundry facilities, and other areas to verify cleanliness and adherence to quality standards. Provide managerial communication and leadership by coaching staff, conducting performance reviews, and fostering a positive team environment focused on continuous improvement. Address guest inquiries or concerns related to housekeeping services promptly with professionalism and courtesy. Experience Proven supervisory experience in housekeeping or custodial management within hospitality or commercial settings. Preferred Extensive knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation procedures, and safety regulations applicable to industrial and commercial cleaning environments. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively while maintaining high standards of service delivery. Experience in managing janitorial operations, laundry services, and hospitality-related housekeeping functions is highly desirable. Strong organizational skills with the ability to develop schedules, monitor supplies, and oversee multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication skills to coordinate with staff members, management teams, and guests seamlessly. Previous experience in team supervision or management roles that involved training staff members on cleaning & sanitation management practices.
