Matter:
Lead and oversee all housekeeping and laundry operations, ensuring resident rooms and common areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained. Supervise, train, schedule, and evaluate housekeeping staff to maintain high quality and performance standards. Manage floor care, carpet cleaning, waste disposal, and inventory of housekeeping supplies and equipment. Ensure compliance with infection control, OSHA, and safety standards through regular inspections and staff training. Collaborate with other departments to support resident satisfaction, address concerns, and perform additional duties as needed. Qualifications for
Success:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of 1 year of experience in Housekeeping/Laundry in a hospital, long-term care, or healthcare setting required Prior supervisory/leadership experience preferred Ability to communicate fluently in English - both verbally and written Benefits for
