RegalCare at Holyoke is seeking a dedicated and experienced Full-Time Maintenance/Environmental Services Director to join our skilled nursing facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance and environmental services within a skilled nursing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the maintenance and environmental services operations of the facility. Ensure that the facility is maintained in compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards. Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures. Manage a team of maintenance and environmental services staff. Coordinate with other departments to ensure a clean and safe environment for residents and staff.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a maintenance or environmental services role, preferably in a skilled nursing facility. Strong knowledge of safety and compliance regulations. Excellent leadership and management skills. Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and staff.
