Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Housekeeping Supervisor, where your leadership and expertise will elevate the cleanliness, safety, and overall guest experience across our property. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily housekeeping operations, supervise staff, ensure adherence to sanitation standards, and promote a welcoming environment for all visitors. Your proactive management and attention to detail will drive excellence in cleanliness and service delivery, making every guest stay memorable and comfortable. Responsibilities Lead and supervise housekeeping staff to ensure efficient cleaning and sanitation of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces Develop work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor team performance to meet operational standards and deadlines Enforce safety regulations and sanitation protocols to maintain a safe environment for staff and guests Conduct regular inspections to uphold cleanliness quality, identify areas for improvement, and ensure compliance with health standards Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment; coordinate procurement as needed Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest requests or concerns promptly and professionally Train new team members on cleaning procedures, safety practices, and customer service expectations Cleaning rooms when needed Processing laundry when needed Cleaning common areas when needed. Qualifications Proven experience in custodial or janitorial roles within hospitality or commercial settings with a focus on cleaning and sanitation management Demonstrated supervisory or team management experience in a fast-paced environment Strong knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques, safety regulations, and hygiene standards Excellent communication skills for effective managerial oversight and team coordination Ability to lead by example with a focus on cleanliness, safety, and customer satisfaction Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement Prior experience with laundry operations or hospitality housekeeping is highly desirable Join us in creating a spotless environment where guests feel valued and cared for!
