Job Summary FLOHOM is an experiential hospitality company that rents luxury houseboats and is creating a growing network of unparalleled floating lodging experiences. Breathe Easy Cleaning is the primary cleaning partner for FLOHOM, and we are seeking a reliable, skilled, and self-motivated Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. This role is essential to ensuring our FLOHOMs are always guest-ready, and our cleaning team is supported. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in housekeeping and in management, with a focus on ensuring that all areas are well-kept and meet guest expectations. This role requires excellent leadership skills, attention to detail, open communication, and a commitment to providing exceptional service. Duties Oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards. Train, supervise, and evaluate housekeeping staff, providing guidance and support as needed. Scheduling Conduct regular inspections of the FLOHOMs to ensure cleanliness and adherence to company standards. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary to maintain adequate stock levels. Support the cleaning team in whatever tasks are needed, you are the first line of defense when issues arise. Qualifications Proven experience in housekeeping and/or supervisory roles within the hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and processes. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. Strong communication skills with the ability to lead a team effectively. Have a "whatever it takes" attitude so that our guests arrive to the best conditions possible. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
