Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Housekeeping Room Inspector Supervisor to lead our cleaning and sanitation teams in delivering exceptional cleanliness standards across our hospitality or commercial facilities. In this energetic role, you will oversee daily housekeeping operations, supervise staff, ensure compliance with safety and sanitation regulations, and maintain a welcoming environment for guests or clients. Your leadership will be vital in fostering a motivated team dedicated to maintaining the highest levels of cleanliness, safety, and customer satisfaction. Duties Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities, including cleaning, laundry, and sanitation tasks across all areas of the facility Lead, motivate, and manage housekeeping staff to ensure efficient team performance and high-quality service delivery Develop work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor staff productivity to meet operational standards and deadlines Ensure all cleaning procedures adhere to safety regulations, sanitation protocols, and industry best practices for commercial or industrial cleaning environments Conduct regular inspections of work areas to verify cleanliness, safety compliance, and proper use of cleaning equipment and supplies Train new staff on cleaning techniques, safety procedures, customer service standards, and proper use of janitorial equipment Manage inventory levels for cleaning supplies and equipment; coordinate procurement as needed to support ongoing operations Address guest or client concerns promptly with professionalism and a focus on customer service excellence Experience Proven supervisory experience in housekeeping or custodial services within hospitality, healthcare, or commercial settings Strong background in cleaning techniques including industrial cleaning, sanitation management, and janitorial practices Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively and communicate clearly with staff at all levels Experience overseeing safety regulations related to cleaning chemicals, equipment operation, and workplace safety standards Knowledge of laundry operations and hospitality industry standards is highly desirable Familiarity with management tools for scheduling, inventory control, and reporting functions Previous experience in team supervision with a focus on maintaining high cleanliness standards while fostering a positive work environment

Pay:

From $16.50 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 - 40.0 per week
