Collegiate Hotel Group ® , is seeking a Room s Inspector to join Graduate by Hilton Ann Arbor and its brilliant team of hospitality enthusiasts.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Inspects all assigned rooms to ensure furnishings, equipment, linens, etc. are clean and in good repair Provides efficient and objective feedback to room attendants to drive efficiency and quality within the housekeeping department Ensure that all associates have proper supplies, equipment, and uniform Trains associates on safety standards and enforces those standards on a consistent basis Identifies associates engaging in unsafe behaviors and retrain them appropriately. Performs all housekeeping duties necessary, including making beds, vacuuming, and cleaning Notifies maintenance department of maintenance repairs necessary Identify items that guests have left behind and report items utilizing the hotel's lost and found procedures Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Housekeeping experience

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS , AND ABILITIES

Ability to multi-task Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing Leadership skills Ability to exceed expectations of guests and associates Knowledge of cleanliness standards Available to work weekends, and holidays as needed
