Operations Effectively manages the daily operations of housekeeping services in the hotel to promote and maintain the utmost integrity and the highest caliber guest service to all guests/team members. Direct Housekeeping Supervisors and team members to ensure a high standard of cleanliness in all public areas and hotel guest rooms. Ensure offices, guest rooms, and other specified areas are kept in a clean and orderly condition. Management Tour facility checking all public areas, evaluating the performances of the housekeeping team member. Inspects facilities and rmends repairs and upgrades when needed. Counsel team members in a positive, constructive manner as necessary. Schedule the work force to ensure all areas and shifts are adequately covered. Initiate and direct heavy cleaning so that the highest level of productivity is maintained andpletion schedules are met.
