We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Hotel Executive Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping team and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction. In this vital role, you will oversee daily operations of the housekeeping department, manage cleaning procedures across all hotel areas, and implement efficient cleaning protocols. Duties Supervise and coordinate all housekeeping activities, including cleaning guest rooms, public areas, back-of-house spaces, and special event setups Develop and implement cleaning schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks with attention to detail and safety standards Train and mentor housekeeping staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and customer service expectations Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment; place orders as needed to maintain operational efficiency Conduct regular inspections of guestrooms and public spaces to uphold cleanliness standards and address any deficiencies promptly Enforce health and safety regulations related to cleaning chemicals, equipment use, and sanitation practices Collaborate with other hotel departments to coordinate special cleaning projects or deep-cleaning initiatives during low occupancy periods Experience Proven experience in hotel housekeeping management or janitorial supervision within a hospitality environment Strong background in cleaning techniques, floor care, industrial cleaning, and custodial practices Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and guest service expectations Familiarity with cleaning equipment, chemical safety protocols, and inventory management systems Previous experience overseeing housekeeping operations in a large-scale hotel or similar setting is highly preferred Join us as our Hotel Executive Housekeeper to lead a dedicated team committed to delivering exceptional cleanliness and hospitality.
