Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping operations with energy and professionalism. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of cleaning, sanitation, and custodial services across our hotel. Your leadership will ensure that cleanliness standards are not only met but exceeded, creating a welcoming and safe environment for guests, staff, and visitors alike. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities, including cleaning, laundry, and sanitation tasks across all areas of the facility Lead, motivate, and manage a team of housekeeping staff to ensure high performance and adherence to Marriott standards Conduct daily inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety compliance, and sanitation standards; address any deficiencies promptly Train staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety regulations, use of cleaning equipment, and customer service excellence Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment maintenance, and procurement to ensure operational efficiency Enforce safety regulations and sanitation protocols to maintain a secure environment for staff and guests Requirements Proven experience in housekeeping within hospitality or commercial settings Strong background in team supervision with demonstrated leadership in managing cleaning staff or housekeeping teams Knowledge of sanitation standards, safety regulations, and cleaning & sanitation management practices Experience with industrial or commercial cleaning equipment and laundry operations is highly desirable Excellent managerial communication skills to effectively coordinate staff and liaise with other departments Ability to develop training programs focused on cleanliness, safety procedures, and customer service expectations Prior supervisory experience with a focus on management of large teams in fast-paced environments is preferred Must be able to work weekends/holidays Addressing special requests for guests and VIPs Assisting with deep cleans and assisting your team during busy periods Join us as an Housekeeping supervisor to lead a passionate team dedicated to maintaining impeccable standards of cleanliness while fostering a safe and welcoming environment. Pay:
