Work Schedule Full-Time (Days) | Mon-Fri & Every Other Weekend | 1st shift, 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.

Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Two years' experience in housekeeping or related service industry preferred Supervision / leadership experience needed Must be able to prioritize work activities, demonstrate flexibility, and function as a team player Must be flexible and available when emergency situations require non-standard staffing Responsibilities Conduct beginning and ending shift meetings with the department along with delegating job duties Conduct interviews, hire staff members, and provide orientation and training to new employees Coordinate the scheduling of department employees with the lead's input Inspect work performed in housekeeping and laundry to ensure it meets specifications and established standards while maintaining communication with staff members to promote adherence to processes and effective performance Perform a variety of housekeeping, cleaning and disinfecting services in a manner that maintains high standards Maintain established departmental policies and procedures, objectives, quality assurance program, safety, environmental, and infection control Move furniture and other heavy objects for routine & non-routine cleaning and when assisting in patient moves Use equipment properly and arrange for repairs when needed Exhibit a professional demeanor and ensure the privacy and confidentiality of protected health information at all times Equal Opportunity Employer Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
