Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Housekeeping Manager to lead and oversee all cleaning and sanitation operations within our hospitality or commercial environment. This pivotal role involves managing a team of cleaning staff, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer satisfaction. As a Housekeeping Manager, you will champion efficient team management, uphold sanitation protocols, and drive continuous improvement in cleaning practices to create a welcoming and hygienic environment for guests and staff alike. Duties Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities, including cleaning, laundry, and sanitation tasks across all areas Lead, motivate, and manage housekeeping staff to ensure high performance and adherence to quality standards Develop and implement cleaning schedules, procedures, and safety regulations aligned with industry best practices Conduct regular inspections to verify cleanliness, sanitation, and safety compliance throughout the facility Train staff on proper cleaning techniques, equipment use, industrial cleaning methods, and safety protocols Oversee inventory management of cleaning supplies, equipment maintenance, and janitorial resources Ensure compliance with health regulations, sanitation standards, and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment Skills Proven experience in custodial services, industrial cleaning, or hospitality housekeeping management Strong staff supervision and team management skills with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively Excellent communication skills for managerial oversight and customer service interactions Knowledge of sanitation procedures, safety regulations, and cleaning & sanitation management practices Experience with commercial cleaning operations including janitorial services and laundry management Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate staff and foster a positive work environment Familiarity with management tools for scheduling, inventory control, and quality assurance Join us as a Housekeeping Manager to make a tangible impact by maintaining pristine environments that enhance guest experiences or operational excellence.
