Job Description
Position Overview The Housekeeping Supervisor oversees daily housekeeping operations for the park's cabins, bathhouses, laundry areas, and common spaces. This role involves both supervisory duties and hands-on cleaning. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and able to maintain high standards in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. This is a seasonal position that runs through October 31, 2026. Key Responsibilities Supervision & Leadership Oversee a small housekeeping team, including training, scheduling, and daily task assignments Inspect cabins, restrooms, and common facilities to ensure cleanliness meets resort standards Provide coaching and support to team members to improve efficiency and quality Housekeeping Operations Clean and prepare cabins between guest stays, including linens, surfaces, kitchens, and bathrooms Maintain cleanliness of bathhouses, laundry rooms, and common areas Restock linens, toiletries, and cleaning supplies Monitor inventory and notify management when supplies need replenishment Guest Service Respond promptly to guest requests or concerns related to housekeeping Ensure quick turnaround of cabins for check-ins Help maintain a friendly, welcoming atmosphere throughout the resort Safety & Compliance Ensure staff follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines Report maintenance issues or safety hazards immediately Maintain proper use and storage of cleaning equipment and chemicals Qualifications Previous housekeeping experience required; supervisory experience preferred High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible hours as needed Able to lift up to 30 lbs and perform physically active tasks Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently Why Join Us?
