Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to help lead our housekeeping team in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization within our facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in housekeeping management, particularly within the hospitality or hotel industry, and will be passionate about providing exceptional service to our guests. This role is essential in ensuring that all areas are clean, well-maintained, and welcoming. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and customer service. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure cleanliness and adherence to company standards. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment; order supplies as needed while adhering to budgetary guidelines. Address guest inquiries or concerns regarding cleanliness promptly and professionally. Implement and maintain effective cleaning schedules for all areas of the facility. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction. Uphold safety standards in compliance with health regulations. Qualifications Proven experience in housekeeping management within the hospitality or hotel sector is preferred. Strong knowledge of custodial practices, industrial cleaning techniques, and floor care maintenance. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team towards achieving common goals. Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with staff and guests. Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
