Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Lead for our small housekeeping team in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in housekeeping within the hospitality or commercial cleaning sectors. This role is crucial in ensuring that all areas are clean, safe, and welcoming for guests and staff alike. Duties lead the housekeeping cleans to ensure cleanliness standards are met across all areas. Ability to complete own cleans to self evaluate and lead by example supervise, and evaluate small housekeeping team 1-3 people Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards. Review inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels while minimizing waste. complete check lists and photos maintenance needs PROS You will NOT be managing the guests! Qualifications Proven experience in housekeeping management or supervisory roles within the hospitality or industrial cleaning sectors. Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team development and motivation. Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
