In this vital role, you will support the Housekeeping Supervisor in managing daily cleaning operations, ensuring high standards of sanitation, safety, and customer satisfaction. Your leadership will help foster a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. Duties Assist the Housekeeping Supervisor in coordinating daily cleaning schedules and staff assignments to ensure efficient operations. Supervise cleaning staff, providing guidance, training, and motivation to uphold cleanliness standards across all areas. Oversee custodial tasks including industrial cleaning, commercial cleaning, laundry services, and sanitation management to maintain hygiene excellence. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and sanitation protocols during all cleaning activities to protect staff and guests. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public spaces, kitchens, and laundry areas to verify cleanliness and safety standards are met. Support team supervision by monitoring performance, addressing issues promptly, and fostering a positive work environment. Communicate effectively with management regarding staffing needs, operational challenges, or guest feedback to enhance service quality. Requirements Proven experience in custodial work or janitorial services within hospitality or commercial settings. Demonstrated supervisory experience with team management capabilities. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation procedures, and safety regulations applicable to industrial and commercial cleaning environments. Excellent managerial communication skills for effective team supervision and customer service interactions. Ability to lead by example in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety compliance. Leadership qualities with a proactive approach to problem-solving and staff development.
