This position plays an important role in ensuring our guest rooms and public areas meet Marriott standards for cleanliness, quality, and service. The Housekeeping Supervisor will assist in overseeing daily housekeeping operations, supporting our housekeeping team, and ensuring rooms are inspected and ready for our guests.

Responsibilities:

Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and quality standards are met Assist with daily housekeeping assignments and room status updates Support housekeepers with questions, supplies, and operational needs Report maintenance issues and follow up on room concerns Help train and coach housekeeping team members Ensure Marriott cleanliness and guest service standards are followed Assist with inventory control and housekeeping supplies Communicate effectively with Front Desk and management teams

Qualifications:

Previous housekeeping or housekeeping supervisory experience preferred Strong attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction Ability to work independently and manage priorities Good communication and leadership skills Marriott or hotel experience is a plus
